Is there a commitment required?
No... you may choose to receive any number of boxes and unless otherwise selected, our plans DO NOT automatically renew.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed at the time of purchase. If you select to have a monthly box automatically sent, then your plan will auto renew following the last delivery of your current plan and renewal payment will occur 14 days prior to ship date.
What payment options can I use?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.
How do we ship?
We ship USPS within the United States and shipping is included with your box purchase.

of the month, so you should receive your Treasure Box within 1-3 business days. If you don’t receive your box soon, contact us here

How do I update my shipping address?
To update your address please follow these instructions:
1) Log in on HOOTforKids.com with your username and password
2) Go to Subscription Settings: https://www.HOOTforKids.com/my-account/subscriptions
3) Click on view subscription
4) Click on 'Change Address'
5) Click 'Save Address'' at the bottom
Are there additional benefits of purchasing from HOOT for Kids?
Purchasers can download fun activities sheets by logging onto your account and selecting the "Fun Activities"" button.
In addition, purchasers have access to our great variety of Add-On items from several categories including: birthday, blankets, books, feeding and bathing accessories and more! Just pick your items and it will arrive with your next Treasure Box shipment.
How do I complete the questionnaire about my child?
After your purchase you will be given the option of completing a questionnaire. The optional answers will help us select toys and activities based upon your child's age and developmental stage. You may complete or update your questionnaire at any time by logging into your account, going to "Subscriptions", and select the "Update Questionnaire" button. We target areas such as fine motor, gross motor, sensory, strength, oral motor, and visual perceptual.
What options do I have for a gift?
There are three ways to deliver your gift! All three ways will give your gift recipient an option to complete a questionnaire about their child.
•By Email: The gift recipient will be notified by email to complete their ordering process.
•By Print: Upon check-out, a redemption code with be emailed to you so you can print and give it to the gift recipient.
•By Shipping: The first box will be shipped to the gift recipient with instructions on how to create their account and access the questionnaire if they have future boxes coming.
How do I re-order?
Re-ordering your Treasure Box is easy. Just login into your account at click on "Subscriptions" then "View" then "Resubscribe".
What is the return policy?
We accept items for replacement as long as they are unopened in their original packaging.
